MD Dryers offer a very efficient way to dry your air using recycled hot air from the compressor that would normally be wasted in the form of cooling air.
MD Dryer are limited to -20C dewpoint so do not deliver any advantage to meet any standard, however it does add quality to your air.
MD Dryers rely on a high load cycle, be be careful if you compressor does not run a high load cycle 60% plus, the dewpoint will not be -20C.
MD Dryers are very expensive and repair and maintenance can reduce any savings when it comes time to service, repair or replace major components. Be sure to do you calculations. In many cases an oversized refrigerant dryer can deliver what is required.

A drum type heat of compression dryer offers an energy-efficient way to produce dry air. It’s a perfect match for your oil-free screw or centrifugal compressors. It uses the heat generated in the compression process to regenerate the desiccant. This heat is typically wasted in twin tower drying technologies.
Our rotary drum dryers completely avoid the loss of compressed air. They need a minimal amount of power to achieve very low dew points
Rotary drum dryer from 200 to 4000 l/s – dew points of -25°C/-13°F
ND rotary drum dryer from 300 to 4000 l/s – dew points to -45°C/-49°F
A Variable Speed Drive (VSD) dryer version is available to match the lower power consumption oil-free VSD
